Paul and his team understood our brief and gave us a clear timeline of availability and costs with any unknowns very clear. We were having a new CCTV system in to replace an existing system in our busy pub. He arrived early to minimise disruption to our business and worked very considerately, cleanly & neatly around our staff and customers. He reused equipment and cabling where possible to minimise cost and additional work but communicated to us where he felt this needed replacing and checked before so. Hardware and software install & handover was exceptionally clear and after service was excellent. He was very clear about app downloading, logins and passwords. He cleared and cleaned perfectly after the job and took away all redundant wiring, equipment and packaging for new hardware.Billing was also swift, and well laid out. I cannot recommend enough: professional, prompt, excellent communication, great advice and hardware recommendations, excellent value, great job overall.
